With more than a decade of real estate experience in Puerto Rico, Hector has completed major real estate projects, including the Las Vistas Shopping Village; the former TJX Store, government space requirements and a 225- residential/commercial unit project in Hato Rey. Hector specializes in marketing research, corporate real estate portfolio management, location consulting, sales leasebacks, and real estate investment analysis. 

Hector has a Masters in business administration/ marketing and B.A. in political science. Hector is also a Certified Marketing Executive (CME) and Certified e-Marketer (CeMA). He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, Puerto Rico CCIM Chapter and CIE Chairman, International Political Science Association (IPSA), International e-Marketing Association, Sales and Marketing Executives International.
