With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Oscar’s client list includes many well-known multinational and Peruvian companies. This roster includes multinational giants: IBM, Citibank, EDS, Ernst & Young, Lucent Technologies, Nissan, and Nestle. His Peruvian client lists include major companies such as AC Capitales Banco Weise, Centro Comercial Camino Real, COSAPI, and SAFI, Supermercados Santa Isabel.

In addition to his strong set of real estate skills, Oscar also served as a researcher for APOYO, a well know Peruvian market research firm where he published various articles for the Peru Economico y Debate. He also worked as managing director for Constructora GOS SA where he refined his project planning and management skills.

Oscar earned an MBA in Finance, Money & Financial Markets at Columbia University, New York and obtained his B.S. in Economics at the Universidad del Pacifico, Lima, Peru.
