Ricardo has over eighteen years of diverse property experience, working in all facets of the commercial
and residential real estate markets. He has in-depth understanding of the real estate business with extensive experience in construction, development, project management and real
estate investment.
Ricardo graduated from the Federal University of Paraná in Construction Engineering, later reading for an extension course in Business Administration at University of California of Los Angeles. Prior to joining the real state market he had worked for Brazilian Government in the Agriculture Department and State Government Transport Department. A former member of the Real Estate State Council, Ricardo has extensive relationships with government authorities and businessmen. His understanding of the regulatory and governmental approval process has proven invaluable to many clients.
