Working with a wide variety of North American and UK companies on a cross border basis, Craige brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to AsiaPac clients. Craige specializes in providing strategic advice, management of any disposition or acquisitions, lease renewals and renegotiations and managing clients property needs across the EMEA borders and throughout the region.
Craige has worked with an impressive list of clients including Adobe Systems, AGA Medical Corporation, Alba plc, Allegheny Teledyne, Autodesk Inc, Bank of New York, Dell Computers, Ford, General Motors, Hughes Electronics, MSC Software, Oracle Corporation, United Technologies, and the US State Government, to name just a few.
Craige’s experience before joining AsiaPac in 2004 included becoming partner at age 27 at Clive Lewis and Partners. Upon the merger of Edward Erdman and Clive Lewis and Partners, he was appointed a director of the company and a member of the Operations Board. In 1993 Erdman Lewis joined Colliers and Craige became responsible as Head of the International & Corporate Service division including spending 7 years working in North America focusing and their needs and requirements throughout the EMEA region. |
