With exceptional skill and commercial real estate experience, Dan serves AsiaPac’s clients in Korea. Over the past fifteen years, Dan has developed an expertise in asset and property management, investment strategies, development consulting, corporate services and tenant representations for local, national and international clients.
Prior to joining AsiaPac International, Dan was founder and managing director of NAI Korea in Seoul. During that time, he was responsible for expanding and establishment of corporate services division for assisting large companies and other organizations with their real estate requirements, which include relocation, expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, and lease renewal negotiations on office, industrial, retail and residential real estate. Before founding NAI Korea, Dan worked with Cushman & Wakefield and BHP Korea, an ONCOR International company.
Dan has represented and advised corporations such as Air Product, Cirrus Logic, Cisco, Computer Associates, Daewoo, Federal Express, Hyundai, Kingfisher, KEPCO/KEPID, KOLAND, Posco, Prudential, Rockwell Automation, Samsung, Silicon Image, TGIF, and Wal-Mart.
