Process - Planning
The planning stage of the project utilizes several tools including the Building Comparison, the Proforma Budget, the floor layout and the project outline form (see Exhibits B, C, D and E).
1. The Building Comparison is used to present all the building options available for the client. The form information includes size of the floor plate, rent, location, picture of space, basic floor layout and individualized service amenities.
2. The proforma tool is introduced once the site selection process has been narrowed down to several qualified locations. This tool is used for a more in-depth evaluation and to measure each prospective location by identifying the potential fit out costs associated with each unique facility.
3. The floor layout recommendations provide several scenarios so the client can make the most informed business decision.
4. The project outline form is used to design a project schedule that meets the client’s goals.
