Process - Implementation
During the implementation phase of the project, several methods are used to maintain clear lines of communication in regards to project schedule and budget. The primary method used to communicate is a weekly conference call, which is followed up with a set of detailed meeting minutes. The meeting minutes summarize the participants, action items for the coming week and a careful review of deliverables from the previous week. In instances where there are scheduling or budget issues, specific action items and mitigating action items will be defined and communicated so all parties are aware of key issues during every phase of the process.
In addition to the weekly progress reports, AsiaPac also use a scheduling report, which shows the status of work in the project. Pictures of the construction steps as the project evolves are also provided (see Exhibits F and G).
Exhibit F - MEETING MINUTES
Throughout the scope of a project, AsiaPac conducts weekly conference calls to ensure project goals are met. The weekly meeting minutes ensure requirements, issues and goals are identified early and followed-up.
Exhibit G - PROGRESS REPORTS
A weekly progress report is provided during the construction phase with pictures and updates during the construction process.
