Process - Project Evalution
AsiaPac has developed a series of unique questionnaires to help fully articulate and define the total scope of a project. The questionnaires are designed to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s needs and expectations so all parties are informed and in agreement on the desired outcome and financial results.
Field Project Initiation Form – Sent to the client at the beginning of the project, this questionnaire gives AsiaPac a general idea of the client’s requirements. The information from this form is used to develop a project strategy.
Real Estate Questionnaire – This questionnaire is designed to fully qualify the site selection process as it represents the business objective. This tool provides a comparative analysis of available properties and rather than relying only on location and rental rates to make a business decision, this portion of the process assists in the selection of buildings that most accurately meets the client’s needs through a financial and functionality evaluation.
Design Questionnaire – The information gathered by this questionnaire will assist with space planning requirements and determining the client’s previously established space standards and vendor relationships.
IT Questionnaire – AsiaPac uses the information gathered by this questionnaire in the development of understanding for the client’s in-house IT capabilities and resources. Immediate and long terms requirements of the company as well as the level of support needed by outside resources are also determined.
