Process - Communication Structure
AsiaPac’s communication structure is designed around a single point of accountability – the Project Director. Serving as the account manager/liaison with the client’s team and AsiaPac’s field organization, all communication is passed through this one point of contact that will inform headquarters of the project status and in turn will communicate requirements and goals to the field. All field offices report directly to the AsiaPac Project Director who in turn reports to the client.
The following chart illustrates the method AsiaPac utilizes to manage optimum communication in two phases – communicating the requirement and implementation.

Requirement represents the beginning of the project, at which point AsiaPac compiles the programming information (real estate, space planning, IT) for the project and
Implementation is determined after a detailed scope of work is developed. This highly effective method of communication is utilized for each project.
