Process - Project Close Out

A Project Reconciliation CD is provided to the client during the project close out phase. The CD contains all pertinent project information including legal documents, as-built drawings and a full cost reconciliation of the project. The CD also contains manufacturer warranties, occupancy permits, lease documents and digital pictures of the completed site (see Exhibits H and I).

Exhibit H - AS BUILT DRAWINGS

As-built drawings are provided at the end of the project as part of the CD Package.

Exhibit I – FINAL COST RECONCILIATION SHEET

The final cost reconciliation sheet is completed after all phases of the project have been completed. This document allows the client to compare the estimated budget with the final cost associated with the finished facility.
