AsiaPac International was founded in 2001 in response to the growing needs of multinational companies requiring expert and reliable resources to service their corporate real estate requirements in the Asia Pacific regions. Patrick Moultrup, AsiaPac’s President and CEO, founded the company after working for over 20 years as a Corporate Real Estate Executive (CRE) when he developed standards and implementation strategies for the global expansion and operations of Sun Microsystems, Rational Software, and IBM/Rolm. After his tenure as a CRE he was the founder and President of Staubach International where he developed the global business platform of DTZ Staubach.

Since our formation, AsiaPac has continued to expand service levels and geographic reach to support the growing requirements of our diverse clientele. In 2002 we expanded our coverage to include Latin America and EMEA, and in 2003 we significantly expanded our capabilities in India. Today, we manage the acquisition, lease, and disposition of existing facilities; and provide construction management and capital financing of new plants and facilities in our 60 international markets.
