Patrick Moultrup - President, CEO

Patrick Moultrup Before starting AsiaPac, Patrick founded Staubach International, which Forbes Magazine recognized as the “#1 Real Estate Firm in the World in 2001”. During his tenure at Staubach International, he was a key contributor in the growth of US-based Staubach Co. Under his direction, the Staubach team secured multinational accounts such as Abbott Labs, Agilent, Novell, AOL Time Warner, Bosley Medical Group, Cadence, Cisco Systems, Digital Island/Cable & Wireless, Disney, JDS Uniphase, Korn Ferry, Peoplesoft, and the US State Department. Prior to his involvement with Staubach, he was President of The Commercial Network (TCN). He turned TCN into a recognized brand name and expanded the initial 35 US firms to 120 international cities. At TCN Patrick secured exclusive corporate accounts with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Charles Schwab, Netscape, and Synoptics.

During his seventeen-year tenure as a corporate real estate executive, Patrick pioneered new territory in both geography and in the delivery of corporate services and is a recognized authority in the field of international corporate expansion. His hands-on corporate experience includes Sun Microsystems, 3Com, Rational Software, and Rolm Corporation where he developed over 21 million square feet of space in 26 countries.

Patrick graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a BS in Architecture and a BS in Construction, Management/Engineering.

Craige Coren - Vice President EMEA Services

Craige Coren Working with a wide variety of North American and UK companies on a cross border basis, Craige brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to AsiaPac clients. Craige specializes in providing strategic advice, management of any disposition or acquisitions, lease renewals and renegotiations and managing clients property needs across the EMEA borders and throughout the region.

Craige has worked with an impressive list of clients including Adobe Systems, AGA Medical Corporation, Alba plc, Allegheny Teledyne, Autodesk Inc, Bank of New York, Dell Computers, Ford, General Motors, Hughes Electronics, MSC Software, Oracle Corporation, United Technologies, and the US State Government, to name just a few.

Before joining AsiaPac in 2004, Craige’s experience included becoming partner at age 27 at Clive Lewis and Partners. Upon the merger of Edward Erdman and Clive Lewis and Partners, he was appointed a director of the company and a member of the Operations Board. In 1993 Erdman Lewis joined Colliers and Craige became responsible as Head of the International & Corporate Service division including spending 7 years working in North America focusing and their needs and requirements throughout the EMEA region

Barbara Hise – Controller

Barbara Hise Barbara Hise has been an accountant and financial consultant for over 30 years. After spending many years working in the North Pacific with a number of diverse businesses she is now calling the San Jose area home. Most of her career has been as a financial consultant and her expertise is in solving challenging situations by creating business strategies that improve a company’s bottom line performance. She is also familiar with the challenges companies experience in their formative development years and has a demonstrated ability to drive financial solutions that meet those needs.

As a professional, she ensures the accuracy of the financial records of an enterprise. She feels that full and timely financial disclosures are one of the most important facets of any business. The challenge facing international business today is that everything happens at a very rapid pace.

Christine Robison - Corporate Counsel

Christine Robison Christine manages a small transactional firm in San Jose, California, with a focus on corporate and business counseling for clients ranging from small start-up venture clients to large private enterprises. Prior to forming her own firm in 2000, Christine worked with large corporate firms in California, North Carolina and Oklahoma. Christine brings to AsiaPac's the benefits of big firm experience and the benefits of small firm attention management team.

Christine holds an AB degree in Chemistry and Political Science from Duke University and a JD degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Christine has been practicing law since 1994 and is licensed to practice in California, North Carolina, and Oklahoma.
